No Returns On Customized Products
Custom patches, custom text patches, laser engraved cards, and any item personalized to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned. Each one is built to order for you.

Notify Us First
You must notify us that you intend to make a return before sending anything back. Returns shipped without prior notice will not be processed.

How To Start A Return
Email returns@echo6customs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.

Original Shipping Is Not Reimbursed
We do not refund the original shipping cost. The purchase price of the returned item is the only amount eligible for refund once the return is approved and received.

Return Shipping Is On The Customer
You are responsible for paying return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Echo Six Customs is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
